RELACS is a sophisticated and affordable Real Estate Listing And Contact Management System specifically designed for real-estate offices and real-estate agents. Our first version of RELACS was a PC application developed in 2002 and has proven to be a great success at many real estate offices and agents like e.g. Harveys in Warkworth.
Our new generation of RELACS is a 100% website based application, featuring uncluttered real estate publication and great flexibility for real estate offices and agents. Just think about the fact that your listings information is handy no matter where you are, as long as you will have access to a PC or perhaps a web-phone.

Given our team's many years of experience in building real estate applications we believe today's RELACS will give you the edge in your every day's property publication and provide an easy user interface to update your clients dbase.

- Property details, including up to 10 photos
- Directions using Google-mapping (selectable by administrator)
Open Homes - listing forthcoming open homes
Tips on buying and selling property
Contact details (office/agent)
Extra pages can be added to suit your specific requirements

A login (with a user name and password) gives access to the following administrator pages:

Modify pages - change text for each semi-static page
Maintain database:
- Properties currently for sale
- Properties that have been sold
- Properties that have been taken-off
